Functie
As part of the European corporate and commercial legal team, you will work alongside 5 legal counsel. As part of this department your business stakeholders are, next to your legal colleagues, mainly procurement and sales, but also the R&D department and production sites. You will provide cost-effective, high quality, practical business orientated legal advice to ICL’s business stakeholders. Furthermore, you will work on a broad range of corporate and commercial legal matters, such as drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various types of commercial contracts. For example: supply, purchase, agency, distribution, IP and IT agreements.
Functie-eisen
You are an experienced professional in the field of commercial law. You have an academic law degree with years of relevant experience in an international business environment, either as in-house Legal Counsel and/or as a lawyer within a law firm. We are furthermore looking for the following experience and skills:
• between at least 4 – 7 years’ legal experience (in-house and/or as a lawyer at a law firm);
• experienced in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various corporate and commercial contracts;
• ability to structure and prioritize in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, driving processes to completion and ability to create legal awareness by training the business;
• Spontaneous team player with great interpersonal skills, excellent organizational skills, analytical skills and attention to detail;
• fluent in English, written and spoken. Proficiency in any other European language is a plus
